Two Foundation HealthCare portfolio Hospitals receive Five-Star Rating
OKLAHOMA CITY, April 22, 2015 – The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services awarded two Foundation HealthCare portfolio hospitals, Foundation Surgical Hospital of San Antonio and Heritage Park Surgical Hospital located in Sherman, Texas, their highest possible five-star rating.
