We want to make your experience at Foundation Surgical Hospital as pleasant as possible. And that means helping you with the insurance issues. We can help you determine coverage and handle all necessary paperwork.
After your physician schedules your procedure, a hospital representative will contact your insurance company to pre-verify coverage, deductibles, and co-payment amounts. You will then be notified of your estimated financial responsibility. This estimate does not include charges for anesthesiology, cardiology, radiology or pathology. These services will be billed separately.
If we are not contracted with your insurance company, we will work out an affordable payment arrangement with you.
