Foundation Surgical Hospital is conveniently located in the South Texas Medical Center in San Antonio.
Be sure to read the directions carefully. Although the main driveway is right off of Huebner, the actual building sits off the road a hundred yards or so. Remember, it’s not like your typical hospital—and doesn’t look like one either—so it can be easy to miss.
FROM IH 10 EAST (coming from Boerne):
Exit Huebner Road and turn right. Follow Huebner to 9522 Huebner Road. The Hospital is just before Floyd Curl Drive. Immediately past Gracepoint Church turn left into the driveway.
FROM IH 10 WEST (coming from Downtown):
Exit Huebner Road and turn left. Follow Huebner to 9522 Huebner Road. The Hospital is just before Floyd Curl Drive. Immediately past Gracepoint Church turn left into Hospital driveway.
FROM 410:
Head toward I-10 West and follow the Downtown instructions above.

PARKING:
Parking is free and ample. There is no confusing multi-level parking garage to deal with and you’ll find easy access to the hospital entrance. We also provide a covered drop off area at the main entrance for your convenience.
