Dr. Clemence earned his Doctorate in Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Mass. in 1987. Dr. Clemence completed his orthopedic internship and residency at Columbia Basin Hospital in Ephrata, Washington DC (1987-1988).
Dr. Clemence has dedicated himself to providing quality medical care and feels that each new surgical case is another opportunity to excel in the patient’s behalf. Dr. Clemence concentrates his medical procedures on total knee arthoplasties and revisions with knee arthroscopies and occasional rotator cuff repairs.
Dr. Clemence is professionally affiliated with the South Texas Center for Orthopedics, Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Medical Association and a member candidate of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
