| Arturo Bonilla, MD, ENT
Dr. Arturo Bonilla earned his Bachelor’s degree from the St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas in 1984 with honors followed by his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School, Houston, Texas, in 1989. Dr. Bonilla completed a general surgery residency at Methodist Medical Center, Dallas, Texas (1989-91) and a second residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at State University of New York at Buffalo (1991-94). He completed his post-doctorate training with a Pediatric Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Clinical Fellowship (1994-95) and a National Institute of Health Fellowship (1995-96), both at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, Penn.
It was there at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh that Dr. Bonilla began operating on children with Microtia and other ear deformities. In 1996, Dr. Bonilla settle back in San Antonio, Texas with his family and since then developed one of the largest single practice, Pediatric Microtia/Ear Reconstructive Centers in the United State.
Dr. Bonilla is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Bonilla is professionally affiliated with the Bexar County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Medical Association.
